Part 2 
Place a piece of nylon to it and make a center with the drill.
Drill the hole with a smaller drill. 
Here you can see a self made screwtap ( i don’t know the right word for it )  
With some oil , make the screwthreat in the nylon block. When it turn to heavy , please do it on a small angle again until is goes smoothly. 
Make the leadscrew thinner to the same size of your stepper. ( It is not necessary , but then you must make 2 different holes in the coupling.) 
Look out , turn slowly ( 100 turnings a minute ) and fill up the space like this. 
Do the same with the Y ax. ( like this above ) Move the ax to the other side and place the other bearing block and plate.  Weld it to the frame when it is on the right position. Goto part 3 |
