Now, we will put it all together. If you want to paint your pieces, you should do so before gluing all of your pieces together. This way you can get a nice, even paint job done and paint both sides of each piece without any hassle. Take your wood glue, we used Elmer's ProBond, and start gluing your pieces to Santa Claus (Figure A). Let your project dry for a couple of hours.

Then take the hands from Step 2 and glue those onto the upper sides of Santa's body.

Then take your buttons from Step 2 and place those up and down on the front of Santa's body.
Now, grab your snowman and christmas tree and glue those to the bottom of Santa's body.
Take your 3/4" hooks and screw those into Santa's hands. Before you do this, take your santa sign and place the holes cut into the sign up to Santa's hands. Mark the area with a pencil so you know where to place your hooks

When it is all dry you can place your piece in Santa's stands from ( stands circled in red). And there you have it, your very own standing Santa Claus for this year's festivities! This page is copied from the site below. Goto www.epiloglaser.com
