Cut Off Toolholder with HSS Blade

This is one of my easiest projects. It cost about 1 hour to make.

This is what you need.

1) a hss blade

2) a piece of steel.

cut off a part.
The depth is the same as the thickness of the blade and the height is 0.4mm smaller than the height of the blade.

at the other side you can cut off an other part, but this is not necessary.

drill two m6 holes

make a little plate with also 2 holes on the same place.
